Our Team

Ellen Meinhart serves as International Trade Manager for VEDP’s Northern Virginia office, where her mission is to assist companies with increasing their sales revenue through exporting.

Experience
Prior to joining VEDP, Ellen ran Starting Gate Global, an outsourced business development company, where she executed market entry and growth strategies for international companies entering the U.S.  She also worked in Australia for three years and launched a Microsoft/ Australian Capital Territory-funded business development initiative for local IT companies. Ellen gained additional international experience in the exporting departments of two manufacturers, Krauss Metalworks and Sonax, located in Germany. Her early career began in technical sales and marketing at IBM and NCR.
