All interested domestic and foreign legal and physical entities shall have the right to submit offers registered in the field of activities subject to this procurement and also domestic and foreign physical persons – graduated engineers architects.

The participants of the competition should send a conceptual architectural urban design for the Memorial house of Todor Proeski with the following content of the proposals:
·  Site plan with ground floor design M-1:200
·  Characteristic foundations, cross-sections, views M-1:50
·  Minimum two sections (2) 1: 50
·  All sights 1:50
·  3D views (minimum one of the external and one of the internal architectural space)
·  Explanation of the idea, concept/idea analysis

·  Essay, textual description of the design with a maximum of 2,000 characters

Montenegro Regional Water Supply Project

Public Enterprise “Regionalni vodovod Crnogorsko primorje” - Budva has applied for a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) to finance the construction and rehabilitation of the Northern branch of the regional water supply system for the coastal region of the Republic of Montenegro. The proposed project has a total estimated cost of approximate € 18 million.

It is expected that the project will require procurement of the following goods, works and services:

Bijeljina Waste Water Collection System

The proposed project will include construction of the priority waste water collection network in the town of Bijeljina and is aimed to prevent further pollution of underground water and reduce the health hazard for the town’s population. The project also envisages replacement of dilapidated asbestos-cement water pipes along the same route.

The proposed project has a total estimated cost of up to € 11.5 million. The project may include consultancy assignments for assistance, implementation and monitoring. The project will require the procurement of works and services. Tendering is expected to start during the second quarter of 2007.

Contracts to be financed with the proceeds of a loan from the EBRD will be tendered in accordance with the EBRD’s Procurement Policies and Rules. The proceeds of the EBRD loan will not be used for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, or for any import of goods, if such payment or import is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations or under a law or official regulation of the Purchaser’s country.
