Jordan Watkins, International Trade Manager, brings over twenty years of maritime experience with a focus on global business development. Prior to joining the VEDP, she served as the Corporate Sales Manager for The Hipage Company, Inc. headquartered in Norfolk, Virginia.
Jordan has expertise with client services and marketing with a strong logistics background. Her drive has been to assist importers and exporters manage their global supply chains in the most compliant and cost effective manner. Jordan operates under the assumption that a client is never too big or too small, as they could be just one phone call from their next big order. Her pro-trade approach tends to create opportunities for her clients that are results driven.
Jordan currently serves as the First Vice-President of The Propeller Club, Port of Norfolk; in May 2009, she served as Chairman of National Maritime Day. Jordan continues to stay actively involved with the The Virginia Conference on World Trade, the Hampton Roads Chapter of the Organization of Women in International Trade and the Virginia International Business Council. She received her Bachelor of Arts in English from Ferrum College.
