Jeff has been with the VEDP since December 2003. Originally, he hails from Northern Virginia but has lived in Richmond for four years.
He has a BA from Earlham College in Richmond, IN and an MA from the University of Texas- Austin. He has lived, studied, and worked in
Mexico, Brazil, and Portugal, and has traveled to every continent but Antarctica, which he hopes to never see unless global warming
does indeed melt the icecaps in his lifetime. His most recent vacation was a three week tour of India, and he is already planning
his next trip to Asia. Besides his work with the VEDP, he also teaches an MBA marketing class at the VCU business school in which
students are paired with a Virginia-based company and do a market research project to help the company find new export markets.
